[Solar Trickle Charger] Has anyone purchased a "Solio" solar charger?

Solar Trickle Charger has posted a new item, 'Has anyone purchased a "Solio"
solar charger?'

I can get a Solio free with my CITI card points. Is it worth using the points
for this item? Does it work well or not at all. Would you recommend it and
why? Any details would be appreciated.
