[Solar Trickle Charger] Solar battery charger for cars?

Solar Trickle Charger has posted a new item, 'Solar battery charger for cars?'

I just bought one, it comes with plugs that go directly on the battery and one
that goes into the 12v socket. The problem is, I don't know much about cars so I
don't know if the 12v socket method is working or not because the cigarette
lighters in the 12v socket do not heat [...]
