[Paintball] How do i go about setting up a paintball field?

Paintball has posted a new item, 'How do i go about setting up a paintball
field?'

I am wishing to open up a paintball field in Northern Ireland. I have a large
area of suitable land which is well placed nearby to a few towns.

If anyone has any experience/knowledge of what is required & any prices, e.g.
-Insurance
-Licence/Permits
-Equipment & equipment maintenance
-Cleaning of kits etc.
-Paintball netting
-Anything else you know/think of
