[Paintball] What is a good paintball gun to get for beginners?

Paintball has posted a new item, 'What is a good paintball gun to get for
beginners?'

I went paintballing and it is fun so i was just wondering if there is a good and
cheap paintball gun for beginners. Is tippmann a good brand. also how to i
refill the gas or whatever the cylinder thing is.
