[Paintball] What type of chest armor is best for paintball?

Paintball has posted a new item, 'What type of chest armor is best for
paintball?'

I'm in a dilemma. I'm going to start paintballing soon with my friends soon,
but I must wear chest armor. I've seen two different types; a soft, yet durable
foam type (JT) and a harder armor with padding in some areas (Zap). I'm not
