Real Estate Bulgaria has posted a new item, 'Is it now inevitable that house
prices will tumble here in the UK?'

Since newspapers have reported falling house prices in the US, Spain, Bulgaria
and now 1.6% last month here in the UK is it now a self fulfilling prophecy and
a massive 20% to 50% correction to our overpriced houses will come within the
next couple of years?
